TODD CAMP
Since 2001 Todd has been providing negotiation coaching with executive teams in the Camp System of Negotiation. A system most well known Silicon Valley. He has delivered live coaching sessions throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, Asia, and recently participated as a speaker and sponsor at the Negotiation Leadership Conference at Harvard University presented by the Harvard Alumni Association.
Todd is co-founder of The Pareto Group, which provides negotiation coaching services for CEO’s and startup executives.
Todd has a B.A. in Communications from Ohio State University. In his spare time he enjoys coaching youth football and baseball.
DEREK BLAZENSKY
Derek started in software development for startups before moving into marketing at Adobe Systems. He was co-founder of Cardinal Venture Capital, a $125M software venture fund.
He has also been a youth basketball coach, helping over 500 athletes prepare for high school sports and young adult life.
Derek is currently a partner at The Pareto Group, which provides negotiation coaching for venture-backed startups.
Derek has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut.
